Hi, I recently installed Manjaro Plasma. I am pretty new to Manjaro and Linux in general.
The installation process went very smooth, everything runs good.
My Setup
I just bought a second SSD to install Manjaro as a new main OS on.
Before installing Manjaro on a separate drive i had Windows and Manjaro on one drive. I´ve deleted the Manjaro partition expanded the Windows partition again, and finally reinstalled Manjaro on the new second drive. Windows and Manjaro run as expected in dual boot again.
The laptop is connected via USB-C to a Monitor with a built in usb hub, power source and ethernet connection.
But here comes my problem
Every time i try to wake my Laptop, it takes a rather long time until it reaches the login screen.
What i have noticed while it tries to wake up
- the time it takes to wake up seems to be always the same
- during the time it tries to wake up the backlight is on
- pressing the shift lock or the num lock keys does not light up the corresponding LEDs
- there is no cursor visible
- this behavior does not change if i unplug it from the Monitor/Hub or try it in battery mode
This is my inxi

Maybe a graphics driver problem?
I have read something about a BIOS version problem. But i think under windows it did automatically updated its BIOS.
What should I do now?
I am looking forward to any suggestions.
