VLC crashing when opening video file. Libva error

I just started a fresh setup of Manjaro KDE 21.3.3 minimal. I have an integrated Intel GPU and a dedicated Nvidia GPU running proprietary drivers. Kernel 5.18. VLC 3.0.17.4. When trying to open a video file, I get the following error and it closes:

> VLC media player 3.0.17.4 Vetinari (revision 3.0.13-8-g41878ff4f2)

I have libva, libva-intel-driver and libva-vdpau-driver installed. This error did not happen in the same computer when using the full image for installation.

Maybe it needs intel-media-driver ?

That was absolutely also my problem. I installed intel-media-driver through pamac and now vlc doesn’t crash anymore. Thanks from me too!
