the intel-tiger-lake-sound needs some adjusting. you’ll find a lot if you search the net for “linux tiger lake sound”. for example here:

Here is a sad news…Now my sound system is truly gone…

uninstall pulse, use pipewire instead

sudo pacman -Ru --nodeps pulseaudio pulseaudio-equalizer pulseaudio-jack pulseaudio-lirc pulseaudio-rtp pulseaudio-zeroconf pulseaudio-bluetooth pulseaudio-pa pulseaudio-alsa pulseaudio-ctl manjaro-pulse && sudo pacman -S manjaro-pipewire

run it in a konsole, reboot and report

But it gives me an erro like this :

sudo pacman -Ru --nodeps pulseaudio pulseaudio-equalizer pulseaudio-jack pulseaudio-lirc pulseaudio-rtp pulseaudio-zeroconf pulseaudio-bluetooth pulseaudio-pa pulseaudio-alsa pulseaudio-ctl manjaro-pulse && sudo pacman -S manjaro-pipewire
error: target not found: pulseaudio-equalizer
error: target not found: pulseaudio-jack
error: target not found: pulseaudio-lirc
error: target not found: pulseaudio-rtp
error: target not found: pulseaudio-pa

audio palyback sink is not shown as muted, but it is shown as suspended

set-sink-mute alsa_output.pci-0000_00_1f.3.analog-stereo no
suspend-sink alsa_output.pci-0000_00_1f.3.analog-stereo yes

But it is not unusual for a sink to be suspended if there is no audio playing

pacmd diagnostic commands don’t work on pipewire-pulse
but pactl commands work on both audio servers

But nothing works…

Share this please:

pactl list cards short
pactl list sources short

Play sound with an application and run:

pactl list sinks short

Is the correct profile set? Probably it was reset? Take a look at the sound configuration. Probably pavucontrol ?

 pactl list cards short

0 alsa_card.pci-0000_00_1f.3 module-alsa-card.c

 pactl list sources short

0 alsa_output.pci-0000_00_1f.3.analog-stereo.monitor module-alsa-card.c s16le 2ch 44100Hz SUSPENDED

Playing a music…the output is :

actl list sinks short
0 alsa_output.pci-0000_00_1f.3.analog-stereo module-alsa-card.c s16le 2ch 44100Hz RUNNING

Since the sink is created when you play music and the sound is not muted, there is no issue with the software. Must be a hardware problem.

But it works in windows

Again then:

Screenshot_20230720_195627

STOP. before you’re trying anything else boot into windows and make 100% sure that this “fastboot” is disabled for any device (sound, network etc…). this “fastboot” causes a lot of malfunction if it’s activated.

fast-boot was dsabled many years ago…!
sound problem happend just yesterday

sorry for misunderstanding, i don’t mean fast boot in bios. if you boot into windows you’ll find this fast-mode (don’t know the exact phrase) in windows settings. they must be disabled

Hm… HDMI. Please share also:

journalctl --boot 0 --dmesg --no-hostname --no-pager --grep "snd|hdmi"

When I play sound on hdmi I see this:

6300	alsa_output.pci-0000_00_1f.3.hdmi-stereo	PipeWire	s32le 2ch 48000Hz	IDLE

Seems it plays sound on your internal speaker/headphones?

Did you mean Fast Startup?
