I’m having a 50 Mbps connection. When I stream videos on youtube or any other portal, it takes too much time to buffer. Video pauses to fill the buffer every time. I’m using Adguard DNS. No other settings have been changed.

Hi!
Try to change to others DNS to if it the problem, also you can test your net conection

Not having any swap can cause what you describe.

A little swap is always better than none.

is there any way to create a swap partition after installation?

I know your question is about swap partition. But an easier method will be to create a swapfile.
