So the information is correct: Only USB2:

Otherwise it could be possible that USB3 is disabled on BIOS level.

How is it activated by bios?

@mostafasamra Sometimes there is a so called “compatibility mode”, which degrades the USB3 to USB2. But no idea about your laptop.
