USB sticks are unable to be browsed and have blank properties

I have two USB sticks mounted (one of which is the boot for the OS), and neither will open in the file browser. In the Properties menu, all values are blank or unknown, and no permissions can be changed.

How can I resolve this? What other information would be needed to find the problem?

  • What are you doing exactly?
  • What are you trying to accomplish exactly?

Such a picture just say nothing…
