USB Bluetooth adapter not working

Hello everybody!

I’m having some troubles with an USB Bluetooth adapter that I bought this days.

My system can recognize the device, when I type lsusb:

Bus 006 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 005 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

Bus 001 Device 002: ID 046d:c534 Logitech, Inc. Unifying Receiver
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

and the bluetooth service is activated, as you can see when I type sudo systemctl status bluetooth:

● bluetooth.service - Bluetooth service

But when I try to start bluetooth toggling the button on gnome settings, not happens.

I also tried to run it in terminal, using bluetoothctl power on and I received:

Thank you @Yochanan! I just edited the message above with this information.

It seems your system is not up to date. The last release was 5.13.19-2. 5.13 is EOL (End Of Life). The latest stable kernel is 5.14 and the latest LTS (Long Term Support) kernel is 5.10. I would install both if not already installed and remove 5.13 after. You could also try 5.4 LTS as well.

I tried all kernels you suggested but no one works.

bluetoothctl keeps showing “No default controller available”

I also got the same too.
