Then I checked my mirrors $ cat /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist | grep "^[^#]". Among the repos in common with those listed here Manjaro Mirrors - Manjaro, I chose one and downloaded the latest keyring files :

• Downloading the .sig revealed useless since I don’t have any public gpg key installed (no output from $ sudo gpg --list-keys).
• I still tried to installing manually the two .xz keyrings, without any success :
$ sudo rm -r /etc/pacman.d/gnupg
$ sudo pacman-key --init
$ sudo pacman -U manjaro-arm-keyring-20240211-2-any.pkg.tar.zst
