I used package manager to upgrade all my packages, was about 400 or so packages.
After reboot, Cinnamon is all glitchy and jacked up so I can’t do anything, can’t use the cinnamon menu, can’t open a terminal. I don’t have an nvidia graphics chip
I can switch to a tty session and log in. Is there a “rollback” or restore command of some sort? thanks!

and post some more information so we can see what’s really going on. Now we know the symptom of the disease, but we need some more probing to know where the origin lies…
An inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host --width would be the minimum required information… (Personally Identifiable Information like serial numbers and MAC addresses will be filtered out by the above command)
