Because you interrupted the update while was writing files.
Please check this

/usr/lib/libtumbler-1.so.0.0.0.old is empty, not checked

Are these files in fact empty? $ ls -l /usr/lib/*.old Do they belong to any package? $ pacman -Qo /usr/lib/*.old If not: simply remove them $ sudo rm /usr/lib/*.old

i could not remove db.lck.

for that you simply do
sudo rm /var/lib/pacman/db.lck

was mentioned quite a lot in the forum …

You mean you interrupted the update and the system got broken … yeah, that can happen every time with a partial update. Maybe this will help.
