Update requests for packages imported from Arch Linux

Download it from a mirror (like fosshost) and let me know if it’s working. If so, I’ll push it to the stable branch.

Both libayatana-indicator and libayatana-appindicator were recently moved to arch repos from the AUR and are important dependencies for many packages. These are right now only available in Unstable branch.

Yes, and? If you already had them installed and/or built recently, they haven’t gone anywhere.

We may occasionally fast-track packages with important fixes, but if you want newer packages faster, switch branches.

I’ve been using keepassxc 2.7.1-1 for the last 3 days, so far with out issues. Cli works again and some issues I had with the browser-integration are fixed as well. Let me know if I should test something specifically.

Well, 2.7.1-1 is in the stable branch now, so it’s a moot point.

strawberry from arch got updated since a problem with wayland session made the close button unusable. so it will be awesome to have it here.

It was updated 15 min ago… you know it will come to Unstable branch pretty quickly, right?

Would it be possible to update Gajim to 1.4.2? We’re still on 1.3.3. Thank you

Edit: and the compare button on https://software.manjaro.org/package/gajim which links to https://manjaro.org/branch-compare/?query=gajim is broken

Gajim 1.4.2 is currently in Unstable branch.

Hi,

Would it be possible to include webkit2gtk to fast-track updates?

Last release fixes several CVEs: WebKitGTK and WPE WebKit Security Advisory WSA-2022-0005 - The WebKitGTK Project

No need.

KDE kwin script is buggy, https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=455499 it’s been fixed, so if you can push an update to address this bug, thanks.

kwin 5.25 is only present in unstable at the moment…

I don’t know how manjaro push update if it’s critical or something near it to branches ((not saying this is critical)), but I’m on the unstable branch, so can it be batched or should I just wait for another push of update, as usual, thank you for your patience.

Did me take a while to find it on the revamped site, but branches (and package flow) are explained here:

That said: kwin is taken from Arch as is and it is up-to-date (in unstable - the only branch where 5.25 is present at all).

Hi. The package “netbeans” from the official Manjaro repo is still version 13. But since 9th of June, a version 14 is out there. Can we soon get it, please?
