previous post : Audio Card not recognized since last update
We ended up solving it as a dead audio card; it is not dead and audio is back.
The only fix I did was reinstalling “stress-ng” from AUR which wasn’t working ( I had removed some of it’s dependencies while trying to fix the audio problem) and installing wireguard.
I’m certain I didn’t do any other fix in the meantime.
edit: I did unplug my webcam which contains an audio interface. But plugin it back and rebooting doesn’t produce the loss of the motherboard audio again.
