Plasma 6.3.4 landed in Arch stable 16 hours ago. It is still not in Manjaro unstable.
It seems that either
Unstable is not syncing to Arch
The Arch mirror used by Manjaro is not syncing to Arch’s Tier 1 mirror.
Either way, there is an error in the system somewhere, and I hope it gets addressed.
I remember unstable branched synced quite often - but lately I have heard several times Philip saying
Stop chasing Arch
That likely means the sync is manually initiated when … ?
That is all I know
It is now.
FYI, syncing with Arch is done manually. There is no problem.

So how is the edge
/ unstable
separation coming along?
@romangg talked about it last year but either I’ve missed news on that front or it’s indeed been quiet.
Just a side note: I’m looking forward to a possible separation between edge (newest packages from arch with “stable” manjaro packages) and unstable (for developing/building/experimenting with manjaro packages) @romangg mentioned in some talks he gave.

OK, I just got Plasma 6.3.4 installed. I wanted this update because it fixes the bug that caused notification text to be covered by the icon.
I was under the assumption that Manjaro unstable synced with Arch stable automatically.
I have been there too - but educating myself on build order taught me - it is not that simple.
→ DeveloperWiki:Toolchain maintenance - ArchWiki
At times it has to be manual - especially if important libraries has been updated - then packages need to be rebuilt in a strict order

I still don’t understand the process fully - but I believe @Yochanan has a very clear understanding.
