Unable to use Meta key to open applications menu

Applications menu was bound to Meta + Space and I could only press the Meta key to open the menu . However, after I had installed and a bit later deleted Latte the shortcut stopped working.
Any other bindings neither Meta + F1 nor Alt + F1 don’t work (to open the menu with one key).

Any idea how to fix it?

That is the one, but you have to apply it to the Application menu you are using. It can’t be assigned to two at the same time. Log out and back in after you make the change.

ive had the same problem but for me it is ALT+F2, not ALT+F1 !
