Unable to update to Kernel 6.1 from kernel 5.4

Hello everyone hope someone can chime in to get me going. Thank you in advance.

Try the system setting kernel update to 6.1 LTS and get the following error.

The following packages will be installed:
linux61
linux61-r8168

You appear to be in an unsupported, partial upgrade state. NVIDIA 530.41.03 packages haven’t been in the repos for months. Make sure you’re fully up to date, then install whatever you want after.
