I’m unable to select a light theme. Whenever I scroll to a light theme from Gnome Tweaks it changes it to the dark version.
I’m unable to change it even from dconf editor.
System info:
Is Night Theme Switcher enabled? There will be a crescent moon 
icon in the tray.
No such icon is present. And the problem occurs independently of the day time.
Please check in Layout Switcher for that theme switch …
