I have an issue where I am unable to scroll up and down in the Konsole, I have tried shortcuts such as Ctrl+PgUp Ctrl+ArrowUp Shift+PgUp etc… also from what I see the sidebar is not getting shorter as the text is comming through in the Konsole, as you can see I have used the yes command to generate some text and the Konsole is not allowing me to scroll up to see the whole output. Also scrolling using the mouse wheel and other shortucts for scrolling brings up previously used commands (yes I have checked the settings of the keyboard shortcuts). Any advice on what to do here?

You can first just try mv ~/.config/konsolerc ~/.config/konsolerc-old and restart konsole - continue until you figure out which breaks it.
