Unable to open the application menu via dash-to-dock

For about two weeks now, I have been unable to open the application menu via dash-to-dock. I can only open it when I press the Windows key and then click on the application menu in the dash. Is this currently a general problem or is it just me? I am currently using kernel 6.6.2.1. However, the problem also occurs with the 6.5 kernel. I haven’t tested the 6.1 kernel.

…you’ll only hit that error if you disabled animations. To fix it just run:

gsettings set org.gnome.shell.extensions.dash-to-dock animate-show-apps true

After updated to GNOME 45 drawer does not work

I found the solution. I went to Dash to Dock Settings > Launchers > Animate Show Applications. Probably the update reset the option. I use the Manjaro layout from the Layout Switcher.
