Unable to build optimus-manager-qt 1.6.9-1

Attempting to install the optimus-manager-qt 1.6.9-1 to make my rtx2060 the primary GPU, but when I reach the build() phase, it reads out:

CMake Error: CMake was unable to find a build program corresponding to “Unix Makefiles”. CMAKE_MAKE_PROGRAM is not set. You probably need to select a different build tool.
CMake Error: CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER not set, after EnableLanguage

==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().

I believe it involves "EnableLanguage: as my CMAKE is up to date. Or maybe in need to install the C/C++ language.

You likely lack some utilities needed for building the package.

sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel
