Im trying to get a new bluetooth adapter working on my machine… some things seem to see it and others dont

the relivant line from lsusb gives

inxi -NSE gives

but bluetoothctl seems to not see it

has anyone got one of these adapters working? and if not can anyone recomend a known good adapter for manjaro?
