I was trying to build and install the “twitch” package but I get the following error during build phase:

It appears that login to gitlab is required to access any content.

Question is, how did you try and install it?
Because AUR packages are not supported, they work but they are by no means guaranteed to, Manjaro has no control over where the assets come from. Hence that URL might be wrong. That’s what it looks like, to me, for anonymous use in any case.
I am unable to view libelectron’s Gitlab page as ell, also getting a login form. The package, libelectron, also fails to install here:

So I think your best bet would be to contact the libelectron package maintainer:

Hey so my whole Gitlab account got randomly blocked for some unknown reason, I have made a support ticket to Gitlab about it but if I don’t get any replies or support soon I will have to move to Github and re upload everything just to continue everything and completely ruined… 
Please patently standby as I will wait to see if I get any reply and if not I will have to start migrating and cant afford to wait
