Tuxedo Polaris 17: no battery charge thresholds & no Suspend-To-RAM possible

Hello everybody :slight_smile:

I’m a french guy and new on this forum.
I use Manjaro for 4 years now and I recently bought a TUXEDO Polaris 17 AMD Gen3 (AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, open-source drivers) and there’re things I can’t do.
I’m looking for help here with international Manjaro users.

Two things prevent me from using my pc normally (I’m starting to regret my purchase):

  • Impossible to set battery charge thresholds
    Others Tuxedo computers have Flexicharger but Polaris not.

  • Standby issue
    I have only first suspend level: Suspend-To-Idle (Microsleep)

    cat /sys/power/mem_sleep
[s2idle]

    It consumes too much battery and I would like to Suspend-To-RAM (Deep Sleep).

    So, I follow Tuxedo instructions but after restarted, nothing has changed. Still s2idle.

Polaris 17 users in da place?
Do you have same problems?
Have you found any solutions?

I’m lost.

Indeed, it’s maybe a swap issue. I’ll try something in the next few days… and I’ll come back.
