Turn off automatic Fn lock Gnome

I’m using a laptop, so it’s convenient for me to use F(1-12) to regulate sound, brightness etc. But when I turn on the laptop it locks Fn and I have to press Fn+esc to unlock. I’m asking because besides me this laptop is being used by people who don’t even know what fn is.

Edit 1: If it’s needed: ASUS Zenbook ux434iqum433iq with AMD Ryzen 7. Integrated GPU: Radeon Graphics. External: Nvidia MX350

This is usually controlled by the computer’s firmware.

I was using windows for some time and it didn’t lock fn on startup. I guess it depends on Gnome.
