Ttf-unifont aur package update problem

I want to update ttf-unifont 15.0.06-1 → 15.1.01-2 from AUR but in this latest version it’s talking too much time to build. What can I do?

Do you really need the TTF version? The upstream package dropped support for it, so it needs to build them.
You could try the otf-unifont instead.

Yes, I need to use the TTF version.

Then take your time. There is a reason why it is slow: PKGBUILD - aur.git - AUR Package Repositories

Do what ever you need, but the comment in the PKGBUILD says everything about it.
