Trouble with bluetooth in kde plasma

Hi,

I have the following device:
3b:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation Wi-Fi 6 AX200 (rev 1a)
And since the latest update I have sporadic trouble with Bluetooth.
Every second time I turn on my laptop, the Bluetooth seems not to be recognized by KDE.
When it does not work, I have to log out and login back again. After that the Bluetooth is recognized and it works normally.

The problem persist regardless if I use the 5.15 or 5.16 kernel, and before the KDE update it (the problem) was non-existent.

Has anyone any ides?

Under I quote my Journald log:

actually there is a lot of trouble with bluetooth. one suggestion is to check and update ‘linux-firmware’ at first and proof if it gets better. but there is no guarantee it’s just to make sure it’s actual.
