I don’t think that you will get support for using the chaotic-aur repo here - only recommendations to not use it.
From what I know: all the stuff in there is also available from AUR or normal repos.
What is contained in it seems to trigger a PGP signature error.
Usually easy to resolve (unlike the mess you get yourself into when mixing normal repo, AUR and this chaotic repo).
Look / search for how keyring errors are resolved and apply this to the chaotic repo.
They may even have instructions on the topic.
Like the AUR, this repo is likely built under the assumption that you use Arch.
Manjaro - especially the stable branch - is … not the same and will give you grief.
This topic title is misleading.
It has nothing to do with Manjaro Linux as adding thrid party repositories is unsupported.
Manjaro build tools work as they are expected to.
