Reinstalling would be the easiest method to solve that problem for newbie.
Anyway all mentioned kernels are no longer part of the repo:
They are stable ones and go EOL (end of life) after about 3 months.
About the “conflicting files” issue. You need to overwrite them with the latest files:
sudo pacman-mirrors --geoip
sudo pacman-mirrors --fasttrack
sudo pacman -Syyuu --overwrite "*"
No, but if it is no longer available in the repo then it will be removed on an upgrade. So that a signal that you didn’t update for decades. Possibly an outdated mirror.
