I haven’t used windows software in a long time, but yesterday I needed it. And I found out that wine is completely broken(I checked on applications that used to work)

PresentationNative_cor3.dll → Most likely Mono or “.Net Framework” is not installed. That is installed by default on Windows, therefore will not be mentioned, but in Wine it is additional software.

Install it with winetricks or use a wine manager like https://usebottles.com/

And where did you get this log above? Usually Steam runs it with proton (its own version of wine).

Sure from “wine”. But not from Steam. You tried installing and running some sort of ASUS utility for Windows what is not made for Linux and will not work as intended.

For my understanding. Did you run ‘Steam’ (the windows version of steam) via ‘wine’? Or how did you install steam?

If yes, dont do this and use steam version you can find in the repos.
