Tool bar network monitor?

I’m looking for a simple graphical widget or toolbar that shows network activity–upload & download.
Something similar to Networx for windows and mac.

You can install the netspeed widget if you are using KDE.

XFCE, but that widget looks cool. I’ll keep looking. There’s got to be one for XFCE.

pamac install xfce4-netload-plugin

Ok, i’ve got it but when i go to add new item in panel the only thing that shows up is xfce4 timer.
this is not the same thing is it?

good-to-go. had to go through settings manager for some reason and add it.
