Too much upgrades for kernel 6.3 and 5.4

I get every two days an upgrade either for 5.4 or 6.3 kernel ! Is someone at Manjaro team playing with the kernels upgrades ?

You are on unstable…
updates can happen daily … if you dont like it … maybe you shold use a different branch or opt to update slightly less frequently.

Kernels are not too much updated with this many frequent changes. I think they normally change every two weeks ?

There isnt a specific release schedule.
Even if it was simply pushing the current Arch kernel (it isnt) … see this:

(notice releases have differences of 6 days, 5 days, 3 days, 1 day, etc)

From what I see Manjaro unstable gave me this week much more kernel updates than what I observe on Arch, I think Manjaro micro versions x.y.z-v are surpassing Arch ones.

You can always take a look at what changed:

I already noted that manjaro doesnt simply use/forward arch kernels.
There is no ‘following’ or ‘surpassing’ … there isnt really a comparison.
I was only using it as a reference to show that distro kernel updates, especially on a rolling release distro, can happen in a short timeframe.

Kernel updates can happen on a peak twice in a week. Mostly Wednesdays and Sundays. Then there are toolchain rebuilds or out of release hotfixes …
