TLP does not apply settings after suspend/resume

my bluetooth mouse lagged after 2-3 seconds pause, so i blacklisted the troublesome to USB_BLACKLIST in TLP and added X_TLP_USB_MODE=1 to /etc/tlp.conf so the changes take effect after boot. this all works good and fine but if go into standby and wake the laptop up again, the mouse lags again in order to make it work i have to sudo tlp start.

TLP is working in the background but doesn’t apply my settings after standby.
how to make TLP apply its settings after resume?

I think there’s an option in TLP config to get it to run when connected to AC. Have you checked if this is enabled or not? A way to test it would be to suspend and resume the laptop on battery (that is, if it is a laptop).
