Not in that sense, no, but you could play around with the night light feature…
System Settings → Colors & Themes → Night Light
… which should alter the color temperature, or you could head out to a computer store and buy one of those filter screens to put in front of your monitor.
We could set the color temperature uniformly in the monitor’s OSD settings, regardless of the OS or desktop. That’s what I do. It seems like it would be pretty difficult to do, taking into account individual preferences, physical differences, aging, etc.
For a while, I used polarized sunglasses.
