Timeshift won't open after the update

the update went well
before it i made a snapshot through Timeshift GUI.
i tried to reopen it after the update to delete it but it won’t open and made my system freeze for some time so i’m not eager to try it again.

i’m on X11 and weirdly didn’t get any error messages in the journal.

i deleted the snapshot through the terminal.

Can’t reproduce. What’s the output running timeshift-launcher from the terminal? DO NOT run it with sudo.

never mind my previous comment,i must have miss typed the password,sorry.
i have timeshift GUI launched.
