Hi, I’m using x0vncserver from TigerVNC, set up according to TigerVNC page on Arch wiki. Desktop is KDE. It’s working but when starting the server I get the line XDesktop: RANDR extension not present
. xorg-xrandr is installed and the xrandr command itself works fine.
Using the vnc viewer gui none of the remote size options have any affect, though I can resize the display on the remote using xrandr after opening a vnc session (the vnc server albeit crashes but I’m not worrying about that for now). The geometry argument just clips the screen, not resize. Obviously I’d like the remote display to resize according the to the client options. From what I’ve read TigerVNC should be able to support this.
