Thunderbolt Dock for Keyboard and Mouse

I have a caldigit thunderbolt dock and it is currently not working with Manjaro. I have tried Xfce and KDE and both see the screen attached to the dock but not the keyboard or mouse. Any suggestions here? I am installing on a brand new Dell XPS 17.

I have an older Dell XPS 9560 on Manjaro 20.2 KDE and with a CallDigit TS3 dock. Have a USB keyboard connected to the dock as well as a couple of monitors and other devices. No problems here.
Do you have Thunderbolt enabled/trusted in the XPS BIOS?
Do you have the “bolt” package installed?
