Three mouse clicks to maximize the window in some applications

I recently installed manjaro gnome and have a problem that I have never met before.

Any window is maximized if you double click on the title. But not Google Chrome and VSCode. For some reason, they need three clicks (if I use their own window frames instead of gnome frames).
I decided to check, maybe I broke something in the system. I took an bootable USB drive and tried to install google chrome on her. The problem persists.

This is my inxi output:

Is it just me? How can I fix this?

Welcome to the forum!

Please post your system info as outlined here:

Ok, I edited my post and pasted inxi output

Please read this:

Especially the section Linux has multiple kernels, then install an LTS kernel and try again.

:crossed_fingers:

I changed the kernel to lts, but the problem persists

uname -r
5.10.60-1-MANJARO

Does this problem also occur when you create a new user and log in there? (E.G. boris-gu2)

Yes, on a new user too. There is also this problem on bootable USB drive
