Theming issues with some applications on Gnome

I am running the latest Manjaro with Gnome and Wayland. I’m very happy with Manjaro but for some weeks now I have issues with the theming. I run everything in dark mode (if available) but some update caused some problems with theming. Some only parts are dark causing that light-on-light and dark-on-dark text etc.

It’s only some programs and I am not sure what they have in common.
I attached a couple example pictures:

GittyUp:

GittyUp theme works correctly when installed via flatpak, does that mean it’s an issue in my system settings?

Depending on how you deal with the Qt applications themes, if you use Kvantum, gt5ct/qt6ct or qgnomeplatform, you can find a couple of answers on the forum

Thank you, you pointed me in the right correction. I didn’t mess with the Qt settings but apparently they were not correct.

This help me solve it

In my case Adwaita-Dark was already set, but I had to switch the Palette to default (it was on “airy”)
