The microphone on my HyperX Cloud Alpha is not being recognized

The microphone on my HyperX Cloud Alpha is not being recognized on my Manjaro Gnome laptop. The audio output works perfectly, but the microphone isn’t detected.

I’ve tried installing pavucontrol, but it only detects the laptop’s built-in microphone. I also installed alsamixer, but I don’t really know how to use it.
How can I get Manjaro to recognize my headset’s microphone?

Are you sure it supports TRRS and not only TRS? I can barely find any information about that laptop. Does it support a combo of headphone and microphone?

Note the difference:

yes, there is!
