texdoc is not working.
$ texdoc beamer
texdoc error: No texlive.tlpdb nor shipped tlpdb data found.
The file seems to be missing from the package:
$ pacman -F texlive.tlpdb
returns nothing.
EDIT: There is also no file beameruserguide.pdf anywhere on disk.

I had the same issue, and installing texlive-tlpdb fixed it for me. However, it caused tllocalmgr to stop working. So I currently have to uninstall and re-install texlive-tlpdb every time I want to install a new ctan package. Don’t know if anyone else has encountered that…
