Cannot shut down after update on unstable branch

It’s been a while since a breaking change updates on unstable branch, I still haven’t been able to shut down from my PC properly (I remembered that the updates added a Cancel button when pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del). When I press shut down (from Ctrl + Alt + Del or from shutdown menu), my PC screen goes black and hangs like that forever (I still be able to move the mouse though). Right now I have to press Windows + L to go to login screen to logout first before pressing Shut down. Do you have any …

It probably has to do with session restore. For me it only works when I activate “start with empty session”. When I change it back, same problem.
