Latest Testing packages, still same issue on Firefox. Hope they find and fix the issue later.
//EDIT: maybe it is not specific to Firefox, I just triggered similar error with Steam when I went to the Help menu, then System Information (it gathers information about the system in a popup window then, you need to restart Steam to reproduce the issue consistently). My wild guess is that it is va-api or Nvidia drivers related.

I get similar error starting Firefox from terminal:

So to me it is a good indication that it is probably indeed related to VA-API
