Telegram gets dragged automatically

Hi everyone, this is my first post here, it’s an honor to be part of this community.
problem: Telegram is dragged by mouse cursor whenever a message comes

steps to create:
1- choose a chat (like saved messages)
2- hold telegram window and drag it somewhere randomly
3-send a message in your saved messages by your phone
4- telegram gets dragged by cursor automatically

i use kde and tested it on telegram from flatpak and official repository

I’ve been experiencing this as well on Linux Mint, it’s not related to Manjaro.
