Pacman will ask for replacements, if the new packages have replaces=('<old package>') in it’s PKGBUILD, which is the case for the new Breath themes.
If you don’t accept, the system won’t update, because that would result in a partially updated state, which is not supported on Arch or Manjaro.
So to continue the update, you need to press y to all these replace questions.
