System Update problem,often

I’m very often have problems updating the software and sometimes even firmware of my manjaro build.

That is very diffuse

even trying to install a new software became a problem.

Because Manjaro Linux is rolling release - you need your current system in sync before getting new software

very often there are dependeces which are not respected and it block all.

That is normal - if you have answered No when you should have answered Yes

There may be times when you need to manually intervene to be able to update.

error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: removing kxmlgui breaks dependency 'kxmlgui' required by libkipi
:: removing kservice breaks dependency 'kservice' required by libkipi

libkipi was a custom script which is now breaking your update

Remove libkipi and all other packages depending on libkipi

sudo pacman -Rns libkipi
