System locks up resuming from suspend 6.1

I’ve been having this issue on the 6.1 lts kernel and later versions but not on the 5.15 lts kernel. Where when I come out of sleep mode I’ll have a blank black screen or solid underscore cursor for at least 2-3 minutes before the system will resume out of sleep mode. Journalctl is saying I have some disk errors on one of my drives, GSmartControl says the drive is fine and in spec. I recently aligned the partition on it and still get unaligned write command errors on it. Again these errors don’t appear in the 5.15 lts kernel logs at all. Unsure if this is a regression issue or something.

EDIT: Nevermind, there seems to be an issue with the drive in question and other Seagate drives across several different distros after the 6.x kernel after looking at this Linux Hardware page. here

EDIT 2: Incase anyone else has this issue, I had the same error across multiple different distros when coming out of suspend so contacted the kernel regression mailing list and got a patch through them that will hopefully be in an update soon.
