 Your inxi output is incomplete; please correct that:

[Mini-HowTo] Provide System Information

Basic details provided by *-fetch type apps might give enough information for someone wishing to buy a computer, however, for Support purposes it’s best to ask your system directly.

Output of the inxi command will generate more useful and detailed information for those who may wish to help:

Suggested inxi command (use either):

inxi -zv8 (short-form)
inxi --filter --verbosity=8 (long-form)

Command output should be presented as pre-formatted text in accordance with forum guidelines. :eyes:

Running inxi within a chroot environment

  • Add --color=0 to the long-form command, or…
  • Change the short-form command to inxi -zv8c0

Can you also describe the conditions when these freezes occur? For example, is the machine under heavy load; Which application(s) are you running when the crash occurs; anything else that might possibly be worth mentioning?

If that’s the case, then you will have already seen here that there is a possible fix brewing in mailing list threads, which you could follow.

You might consider checking your UEFI/BIOS settings – improper configuration can potentially contribute to a crash; as can running low on swap space; perhaps check and re-seat your RAM modules and dGPU – but, if you have already ruled out the usual culprits, and you’re still convinced of the issue being the same as the topic you linked to, there may be little to be achieved here.
