System freezes sometimes when wake up from suspend

I’ve install Manjaro on my PC, and most time it works fine. But there’s several times when I use mouse move to trigger a wake up from the suspend state, the monitor light up but with black screen, no matter what I press on keyboard or click with mouse, there’s no response. And I’ve read the REISUB guide, which only works when the system running normal. When the system frozen, the magic SysRq key not working too. Every time it end up by long pressing the power key to shut it down.

I can’t find what cause the freeze, and most of the time when it works fine when wake up from suspend.

Here’s some information of my system

could be because you are on raid, instead of ahci… you can switch to AHCI in bios, but dont switch if you are having windows, otherwise you will not be able to boot into it…

Yes, I did install Windows on another SSD. My PC has dual operating systems, and I’m not sure if this could affect the wake-up of the Linux system.

yes it absolutely could, but we cant rule this out, until you try on AHCI…
so switch to ahci in bios, and test on manjaro - dont use windows in the meantime… and if the freeze no longer happens, it is related to AHCI, and then you have to switch back to RAID, boot into windows and search guides on internet, on how to switch from RAID to AHCI on windows…
