Sync data with a USB Pen Drive

Hi,
I have a 128 GB USB Pen drive. I want to sync(backup) some of my folders with that. I want to plug in my USB drive once a week and want every change of those chosen folders to be synchronized.

What software should I use? What is the best way to do this?

I am on Manjaro KDE Plasma.

To add to that, if you want the most accurate and efficient way to do so, I’d recommend rsync over the others, as it is also extremely light-weight.

You can create a custom script file on the USB stick itself, and invoke that to rsync whatever you need. Then safely eject the stick when it’s complete.
