Stop posting new topics on the same subject. Probably about 95% of the users do not use sway so it will take some time to find someone who knows how this works. That is the risk you took installing a community edition - less support.
At least we now know it is not a conky.
I hope you don’t mind my saying this, but you have now started at least three separate topics in a row — one of which was merged in with an earlier topic of yours — regarding very basic functionality in Sway.
Sway is not a window manager for people who don’t know what they’re doing, and as @Teo said, not many people here use Sway, so your chances of getting any help on that subject here at the Manjaro forum are very slim.
Therefore, I would strongly recommend that you choose a different and easier-to-use window manager as your graphical user interface, or perhaps one of the more user-friendly desktop environments. For instance, KDE Plasma has tiling functionality built-in, although you may need to set up the shortcut keys and the tiling zones first — doing so is however pretty straightforward and GUI-driven.
As mentioned by previous posters, sway is only used by a small percentage of Manjaro users, so support in this forum may be lacking.
However, you do have other options for getting help with general sway usage questions. For example, there is an active Reddit community dedicated to Sway which may be able to assist you:
Sway Window Manager
A subreddit dedicated to the Sway window manager, a drop-in replacement for the i3 window manager, but for Wayland instead of X11.

It might be that the application that is used for this display just was broken (nwg-wrapper) in the repos. At least on unstable (where I am), it works now.
