Hello! It is my first time posting anything here so I hope I don’t mess anything up 
Here is the rundown of my issues: After upgrading my PC (swapped everything other than GPU), whenever I get close with my cursor (or drag a window) to the second screen, the system becomes incredibly stuttery to the point where it is unusable. I tried a fresh install, different distro (fedora), changing the driver to nouveau and disabling the integrated graphics with no success. In every one of those scenarios whenever I cross the half of my main screen that is close to the second one, the stutter begins. I also noticed that it didn’t happen when I was using Live USB when reinstalling Manjaro.

. I’ve spend some more time on it and noticed that the stutter only affected the mouse while apps ran smoothly.
